Prices are per person and day incl. half board and local taxes.

All our rooms feature shower/WC, TV and telephone!  We can only guarantee you a room with balcony if you place your booking well in advance!

Children in their parents' room stay as our guests for free if born in 2001 or later. Discount for children staying in their own room or accompanied by a full-paying guest: 10%. Surcharge for single occupancy: EUR 21.00 per day; Pets are not allowed!

On arrival day your room is available for check-in after 3pm. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 10am. We hope you understand that, though it is possible to book a particular category of room, we are unable to guarantee you a specific room number.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS (based on Austrian federal guidelines):
+ Up to no later than three months prior to the scheduled arrival date, the contract between the lodging provider and the guest may be dissolved by either party. A cancellation penalty may not be charged.
+ If the contract is cancelled up to no later than one month prior to the scheduled arrival date, a penalty equal to the amount of the deposit will become due (the lodging provider will retain this money). This sum must also be paid out by the lodging provider if he instigates the cancellation.
+ Later cancellation will require payment of the full rental price for the rooms in question. The lodging provider, however, must deduct any savings for amenities which will not be used, as well as whatever he receives by managing to subsequently rent out the room to another party.
