3rd+4th person in the Family Suite "Amade" receive the following discounts: 4 and under: 60%. Ages 5-11: 40%; Ages 12 and up: 20%.

In all other instances, the following children's discounts on "D"-prices will apply: Children stay in room with 2 full-paying adults: ages 0-4: 100%; ages 5-11: 40%; for ages 12 and up, the price for the roll-away bed is reduced by 20%.  Discount for children staying in their own room or when accompanied by one full-paying guest: 10%. Surcharge for single occupancy of a  "Zauchensee"-cat. double room: EUR 21.00 per day, while for a "Gamskogel"-cat. room this is  € 15.00 per day; Single occupancy is not possible in the "Altenmarkt", " Rosskopf". "Amadé" and "Salzburg" room categories. Certainly, we would be pleased to create a childrens-week-package on demand!

Your room is available for check-in on your arrival day after 3:00p.m. On your departure day, we ask you to vacate your room by 10:00a.m.  We appreciate your understanding that it is possible only to book a room category and not, however, a specific room.

GUIDELINES FOR ROOM CANCELLATIONS (Austrian Hotel Guidelines):
+ Up to three months prior to the stipulated arrival date, the contract between the guest and lodging provider may be dissolved by either party. In such an instance, no cancellation penalty may be charged.
+ When the contract is cancelled by no later than one month prior to the stipulated arrival date, a cancellation fee of 40% of the arrangement-price will become due. This must also be paid by the lodging provider if the cancellation is initiated by him.

+ When the contract is cancelled by no later than one week prior to the stipulated arrival date, a cancellation fee of 70% of the arrangement-price will become due. This must also be paid by the lodging provider if the cancellation is initiated by him.

When the contract is cancelled within the last week prior to the stipulated arrival date, a cancellation fee of 90% of the arrangement-price will become due. This must also be paid by the lodging provider if the cancellation is initiated by him.
+ Any later cancellation will require payment of the stipulated rental charges in full.  However, the lodging provider must deduct any savings resulting from the fact that he may have potentially received from subsequently renting the accommodations to a third party.
